Executive one-on-one coaching
$350 per 90-minute session. Personalized coaching for senior leaders covering strategic vision, stakeholder management, and personal effectiveness. Sessions are scheduled at the executive's convenience and include action-planning worksheets.
Custom e-learning module development
$2,200 per module. We design interactive, SCORM-compliant e-learning modules that can be deployed on your existing LMS. Each module includes video narration, knowledge checks, scenario branching, and downloadable resources.
Post-training reinforcement program
$800 per cohort. A six-week micro-learning series delivered via email and mobile that reinforces key concepts from the training. Includes weekly quizzes, reflection prompts, and a final impact assessment survey.
360-degree feedback assessment
$150 per participant. A comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool that gathers input from peers, direct reports, and managers. Results are compiled into a confidential report with a one-on-one debrief session to create a targeted development plan.

Absolutely. All of our programs can be delivered on-site at your facilities, in our Laval training centre, or via live virtual sessions using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex. Virtual sessions include interactive polls, breakout rooms, and digital whiteboards to keep participants engaged.
We recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance to allow time for the needs assessment, content customization, and scheduling. However, we do accommodate shorter timelines when possible — especially for Essentials-tier engagements.
Yes. Organizations that book three or more training days within a 12-month period receive a 10 percent discount on the total. Enterprise clients benefit from negotiated annual rates that reflect the scope and duration of the engagement.
Cancellations made 14 or more business days before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 to 13 business days incur a 25 percent fee. Cancellations with less than 7 business days notice are subject to a 50 percent fee. Rescheduling is always free when done at least 10 business days in advance.
